Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Plant (SWROP):
• Collaborating with contracted teams to ensure the effective and efficient daily operation of the SWRO plant (capacity of 40, 000 m3/day)
• Collaborating with the operations team to develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance overall plant reliability and efficiency.
• Managing and planning all the spare parts including critical, non-critical, and consumable parts for smooth operation and maintenance of the plant
• Preparing technical reports, method statements, and action plans related to operation & maintenance scope
• Conducting routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Ensuring that contractors maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory
• Coordinating with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks when required
• Implementing safety protocols and ensuring contractors comply with health and safety regulations during maintenance activities

Water Utilities Networks Department:
• Managing all preventive maintenance work orders generated by SAP for the utilities networks

• Managing and planning all the spare parts including critical, non-critical, and consumable parts for smooth operation and maintenance of the networks
• Managing four teams and delegated them daily tasks
• Efficiently handling all incident tickets issued by the client pertaining to networks and resolving these tickets
• Daily inspection of the utilities networks and monitoring the operation of the storm and sanitary lift stations
• Preparing method statements and action plans needed for the utilities networks
• Preparing technical reports related to scope incidents
• Implementing HSE procedures to operation and maintenance team
