Responsible for administering the company Quality Management system in accordance with industrial, customer, and company requirements
Developing and determining all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
Reviewing quality of all materials at each level and ensure compliance to all order specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials
Supervising effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality
of all systems
Managing shifting of all materials and handling efficient storage of all materials
Performing Internal Audits as per required schedule
Organizing ISO Surveillance Audit as per schedule by concern authority
Analyzing all products and non conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance
Monitoring an efficient system and record for all order activities and analyze processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements
Managing all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes
Implementing the Quality Management system and ensures quality problems are identified and resolved
Monitoring Installation Team conformance with Quality Assurance standards and procedures
Conducting QMS training for all site employees
Suggesting methods for improving product quality or manufacturing processes
Interfacing with Clients and vendors on Quality related problems
Investigating product quality problems and recommend changes or improvements
Maintaining proper documentation and reports
Coordinate Quality Inspection and Test (if necessary) for all incoming and installed material
Performing the inspection i.e. for quantity, correct shipment, visual inspection etc. for damaged or any visible defects and to manage material receiving, storage, delivery and handling process
Issuing Request for Inspections (RFIs) for areas ready to be inspected for Clients
Attending regular meetings with Contractor/Client Engineers to keep them inform about regular progress and work planning for coming days
To ensure process specs, drawings and other technical documentation is current and updated
Well aware of occupational hazards and safety precautions and able to coach others in complying with program policies and procedures related to such
Following all safety policies and procedures
Reports any and all potential safety hazards, incidents, accidents, and other program concerns to management
Investigate equipment and system failures or unexpected maintenance problems in plant
Monitor, verify and document the work being performed and provide technical assistance to the shift team as needed
Making of reports of any contingencies occurred during shift and steps taken to rectify it and report it to concerned person
Visiting nearby substation regularly for energy billing using MRI and getting it approved
Making record of daily energy transmission to vendors on daily basis
Maintaining and reviewing energy log book regularly
Checking regularly for proper condition and functioning of transmission line
To maintain a healthier and safer environment in the plant and also a good relationship between the various department of plant to make it run smoothly
Ensuring that team efforts are met and exceeds all financial, performance, quality and reliability goals
