 Overall managing company’s financial accounting, monitoring & reporting system.
 Managing administrative and financial control, Budget preparation & allocations.
 Formulating strategic and long term business plans.
 Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
 Preparation of all financial statements.
 Monitoring total Banks Loan Exposure and repayments
 Accounts payables and receivables
 Maintaining salary disbursement and staff related issues.
 Monitoring of all running finance issue & interbank transfer matters.
 Having an apt command on Banking Transactions.
 Managing a task force more than 25 Accountants under the Group.
 Direct Reporting to Top Management, CFO and VP, Chairman and Vice Chairman
 Being a part in Recruitment and selection of Administration and Accounting staffs
