Supervising the functioning of all Food and Beverage Department’s Marketing activities,
promotions, sales and costs to ensure that department profits are maximized.
▪ Establishing the general F&B Marketing strategy, the yearly F&B Marketing Plan together with the
F&B Manager and makes the presentation to the Board of Management.
▪ Communicating all promotions in a timely and professional manner to both, the Restaurant and
Sales Department by establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and
distribution.

Manager. Coming up with regular proposals to adjust the overall Marketing Strategy month by
month.
▪ Overseeing and managing the social media strategy online brand and product campaigns to raise
brand awareness.
▪ Managing the redesign of the company website.
▪ Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
▪ Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
▪ Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital
marketing.
