1. Preparation of optimized estimate of MDB, SMDB, CONSUMER BOARD, FEEDER PILLAR, CAPACITOR BANK of turnkey projects as per customer requirement and FEWA, DEWA regulations.

2. As per SLD and specifcation preparing estimate for control panels including DOL starter panels, STAR-DELTA starter panels and VFD panels, ATS, Soft starter panels.

3. Discuss technical aspects with clients and coordinate with sales engineer for making final quotation for LV panels.

4. Conducts technical meeting with clients and coordinate with sales engineer for finalization of projects.

5. To lead and guide designing team to prepare the submittal for awarded projects.
6. To coordinate with sales engineers to bring out new customers and establishes long-term relationship with customers by providing technical support.

7. Preparing estimates of LV panels using ABB, SCHNIEDER, HAGER, L&T switch gear products.

8. Conducts meetings with suppliers and understand their products and guide designing team to propose same as per market conditions.

Currently working in GEM FZE Ras Alkhaima, U.A.E as electrical estimation and design engineer.
Duties include:
1. preparation of estimate for MDB, SMDB, CONSUMER BOARD, FEEDER PILLAR.

2. As per SLD and specifcation preparing estimate for control panels including DOL starter panels, STAR-DELTA starter penls and VFD panels, ATS.

3. Designing of all the panel as per control required like DUTY STAND BY PANELS, AHU PANELS, TRANSFER PUMP PANELS ETC, PLC panels.

4. Estimate includes BUSBAR calculation for MDB and SMDB'S, enclosure selection for panels etc.

2. Analyzing the single line diagram and accordingly select the types of panels, rating for the switch gears using PCB software.

3. Discuss with client about technical aspects and propose estimate as per NEMA and IEC standards.
4. Propose estimate as per Allen Bradley products according to client requirements.

5. Analyzing the control schematic diagram and estimating the components needed for the schematic diagram.

6. Estimation of form 4, draw out type MCC’S, ATS panels, VFD panels.

7. Revising the estimates as per clients requirements.

8. Prepare the quotation of project and send to customer by mail.

1. Maintenance of panels of machines like Greset machine, Milling machine, MKW, Press machines, Flattner machines and furnaces.

2. Maintenance of PLC operated machines, EOT cranes.

3. To attend the electrical breakdown of machines which is run by DC motor, Induction motor and slip ring motors.

4. To attend electrical break down& maintenance of induction furnaces and their control panels.

5. To attend electrical breakdown of STAR-DELTA starter, DOL starter, slip ring motor starter.

6. To carry out preventive maintenance activities according to the plan.

7. To supervise the electrician related to electrical jobs.

8. To list out electrical job to be carried out, and arrange for material & manpower.

9. To design the star-delta starter, dol starter for the heavy duty motors.

10. To give all necessary help to subordinates to carry out breakdown & preventive activities of plant machineries, factory electrical distribution network, factory lighting etc.

Duties and responsibilities: Duties include designing and estimation of control panel for ultrasonic system, supervising and leading a team of electrical workers and a foreman for the tasks in the electrical works in the power panel &control panel for the large and medium ultrasonic machines.

1. Designing of electrical circuit and layout, and of control panels for the ultrasonic system which includes Ultrasonic, Motors&Heaters.

2. Making estimates for Power and control panels as per technical aspects.

3. Supervise technician for the Arrangement of switch gears, measuring instruments, busbars in all types LT panels which is having ACB, MCCB, MCB .
