I am working as a Site and Billing Manager of various sites present in Mumbai. To look after the requirement on various sites such as materials and installation billing, attending meetings with our clients regarding payment release, working in progress and targets, quality and safety issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsibility of Billing, management and supervision of all sites in Mumbai including 40 working staff.
* Responsibility of taking approval to submission of bill for the materials delivered on site.
* Responsibility of Quality Issues onsite as the work is going as per quality.
* Responsibility of management of workers regarding salary and attendance..
* Attending the meetings regarding onsite issues for Billing, Quality, Safety and various targets.
* Submission and making of bills for all sites as per their respective procedures.
* Making of ITR, MITR, MIR for the materials inspection for respective sites.
* Quality and Quantity survey for the materials received with respective site engineer.
* Responsibility of Safety Issues onsite.
* Documentation and filing for all respective sites and all paper work.
* Store management of all materials used on site
