Document patient's assessment, findings physical/psychosocial response to nursing intervention.
-Report patients condition to appropriate personnel during each shift
-Performing Continuous Ambulatory Dialysis to a nephrotic patient as directed by the physician
-Managing the care of toddler, preschool, school age, or adolescent patient experiencing life-threatening problems
-write admission, discharge, transfer, medication and other orders as required of the management of patient care as directed by physician
-Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines & instruction of the physician
