The role mainly to make sure all stores are protected in terms of AMCs, Local Authority Certifications (SIRA/DPS, Civil Defense, Municipality and Health and safety etc...). Preparing Annual FM Budget, Maintenance log sheet, Conduction Annual work plan, Condition audits surveys, Inspections, Daily Maintenance etc...
