I'm working as Asst. Facilities Manager with CFM Certification at Al Futtaim Retail Co. My responsibility to handle all FM related things in all Retail Brands/stores in UAE and Kuwait regions. The role mainly to make sure all stores are protected in terms of AMCs, Local Authority Certifications (SIRA/DPS, Civil Defense, Municipality and Health and safety etc...). Preparing Annual FM Budget, Maintenance log sheet, Conduction Annual work plan, Condition audits surveys, Inspections, Daily Maintenance etc...

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Civil Construction and Maintenance, Certified Facilities Manager IFMA approved, Higher Secondary, Fire Warden and First Aider Certificates.
