Recruitment
● Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Middle East requirements and ensuring adherence to the process
● Managing Workforce Talent Acquisition activities for Bulk level hiring for skilled and non-skilled worker, Leadership Hiring, Diversity Hiring, Social Media Hiring.
● Interfacing with potential candidates and successfully achieving the defined targets set for the Recruitment Team
● Analysing JDs received from the business for the several technical positions (vanilla, niche and super niche skills)
● Scheduling interviews with the concerned department panels, following up and shared the feedback with the candidates
● Rolling out offers for the selected candidates after the negotiation on salary.
On Boarding
• Planning and execution for deployment of applicants for local Hiring and Overseas hiring
Overseas Hiring Onboarding
o Processing the passport for visa stamping after the end of selection process, followed by below requirements through overseas agencies:
Visa authorization and Demand letter
Medical
Attested degree/diploma for engineer/technician visa
Visa stamping
Arranging PTA
Local Hiring Onboarding
o Completing the documents for sponsorship Change as per labor law
o Coordinating with GRO for completing Sponsorship change
o Arranging PTA once sponsorship change done
• Executing proper filing of offer letter, evaluation sheet, CV, Educational certificate, Passport copy, Experience certificate and preparing the employment contract accordingly
• Facilitating the induction program after completing the preliminary onboarding process
HR Operation
● Assisting in:
o Developing/implementation of the HR policy, procedure and labor laws
o Review of employee performance appraisal (Probation & Yearly)
o Transfer of the employees
● Preparing and updating employee’s promotion, salary adjustment, allowances, transfer and Airport destination
● Requesting for:
o Salary certificate/ employment certificate
o Change of Contract status as per the company policy
o Re-entry visa and ticket
● Processing leave application on behalf of the employee and apply accordingly in the system
● Monitoring the exit process, insurance cancellation and exit interview
Administration
● Providing administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, couriers, confidential materials and various employee issues
● Disseminating/distributing memos, and forms; preparing MIS reports to the Management
Recruitment
Recruiting the candidate for middle east requirements.
Matching the profiles according to the requirements in job portals or in internal database.
Screening, short listing & validating resumes as per client requirements.
Conducting Telephonic Interview of the candidates to confirm their readiness.
Sending profiles to clients and prepare the interview checklist.
Organizing the client interview on the scheduled time and place.
Taking feedback from client and candidate and prepare report accordingly.
Post Recruitment Process / Visa Endorsement
After end of Recruitment, Process the passport for visa stamping followed by below requirements:
Medical
Attested degree/diploma for engineer/technician visa.
DL for driver visa
Exit paper if Saudi return.
Arrange PTA once visa has been stamped and emigration is cleared.
Basic Administration
Schedule the appointment when require.
Assist with new employee for basic personnel administration activities, and general administration
Update data of new joinee in organizational system
Organize meetings between staff and management
Update data in software.
Provides information by answering questions and requests
Handle all inquiries (Phone call or E-mail)
Clerical duties such as typing, filling, mailing etc.
Proper send report to manager
Payroll and Time Office Management
Maintain in and out time of Employee.
Meet supervisor for missing punching of in time or out time.
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Update time sheet in the system after approval of management.
Send the payroll sheet to manager for approval in order to check deduction and approval.
Recruitment
Recruiting the candidate for Executive and Middle Level Management.
Matching the profiles according to the requirements in web portals or in internal database.
