Involved in manufacturing process of static equipment ASME and NON ASME (pressure vessels, Storage tanks, Heat Exchanger Reactors, Columns etc.
 Familiar in review of Contract scope of work, project contract documents and project execution plan to develop Project Quality Plan and Engineering.  To ensure all design procedural controls are followed as per Client Specification requirements.
 To ensure Purchase Orders contain all the applicable, approved, accurate, complete technical data, test, inspection, and documentation requirements in line with Project specification, approved MR and applicable specification requirements.  Experience to conduct raw material inspection, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per the project specification requirements.
 Working knowledge of applicable codes like ASME Sec VIII Div1, ASME Sec VIII Div. 2, ASME Sec II, ASME SEC IX, TEMA, API 650.

Preparation of ITP & QCPs.
 Preparation of WPS, PQR and WQT.
 Review the MTC’s and accept them if the mechanical and chemical properties of the material meet with ASME Std.
 Fully conversant with dimensional, fit-up and welding inspection of vessels, heat exchanger, steam boiler, columns, Reactor, Storage Tanks.
 Involved for sending stockiest material for lab testing as per SAMMS requirement and Client requirement.
 Involved in expansion (light and heavy) of tube to tube sheet for heat exchanger.
 Witnessing Welding Procedure and approval of Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) including destructive tests.
 Coordinate with design team if any job related issue not match with client requirement.
 Involved in mockup test of tube to tube sheet during expansion and after the test sent to the lab for further test.
 Involved in Radiography test film interpretation and tracing activity if repair work to be done.
 Raising and resolving Non-Conformity reports (NCR).
 Witnessing for Hydrotest and make sure all equipment like manifold, Gauge time valid.
 Ensure the materials used for the fabrication are as per the Drawing. Attend RFIs as per the ITP in each stage of fabrication.
 Coordinate NDTs, PMIs, PWHTs & Hardness tests and review the results as per required standards.

 Coordinated with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and third-party service providers.
 Meeting with contractors, EPC, OEM Vendors personnel during turnaround and construction activities, including both major and minor projects.
 Involved in maintenance activities for rotary equipment and contributed from the FEED stage to improve pump efficiency.
 Participated in the review of Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and mechanical data sheets for vendors such as KHI and Flowserve.
 Involved in installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities for off-gas compressors and turbines.
 Supervised structural and piping activities.
 Worked with inspectors on tie-in point activities.
 Participated in the review of LHS, test packages (TPs), walkthroughs, and hydrotesting.
 Engaged with vendors during the manufacturing of valves, Static and rotating equipment.
 Involved in the inspection and repair stages of valves, including pressure testing of the shell, seat, and backseat.
 Participated in Mechanical Completion (MCC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) walkthroughs with Process and Operations teams, identifying punch list items (YES/NO items).
 Familiar with ASME, API, and Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAEP, Schedule Q IK and OOK, Schedule G).
