Setting and evaluating specifications of projects in order to achieve successful project execution within available resources, assure complying with the international and company standards. Prepare technical and cost (investment) studies with related to project consultants, scheduling and coordination, and cost analysis (NPV calculation, ..) of project. Lead with related teams contractor evaluation, selection and price negotiation. Follow-up projects and contractor performance and apply reporting procedures evaluation.
Executed full cycle guidance and support to Localisation initiatives encompassing technical and cost (investment) studies, scheduling and coordination, and price analysis (NPV calculation) of specific local contents and/or imported car items. Led smooth, error-free implementation of Localisation project schedules of candidate parts and N-PES. Enforced Quality control measures by applying and integrating new/current supplier audit results with quality department, using Nissan Evaluation Systems (ASES, ASAS-P, Quality auditing systems, etc.).
