Chief Engineer (Piping/Pipeline)
October 2011 - Present (1 year 11 months)- UAE
Currently working as Chief Engineer (Piping/pipeline) for TOPAZ Engineering. The project currently handling is "GSP Chemoil Phase-4 Oil Terminal project in Fujairah" worth 100 million $ project. The fully automated terminal consists of 26 Storage Tanks and associated piping and loading & unloading facility through ships in Fujairah port.
During design phase I was acting as PMC for-
o PDMS Model review, Drawing reviews and checking of documents and design co-ordination among different departments.
o PMC for Checking Detail Engineering from the Engineering sub-contractor TEBODIN, and liaison with client PMC for drawing approval and site modifications
Construction Phase;-
o During the construction phase I worked as Sr. Construction Manager at site office pertaining to piping. The piping construction scope consist of 29000 Inch dia welding and 645000 Inch meter erection of piping system and pre commissioning.
o Piping construction include Matrix Manifold and Hook up loading and Loading facilities inside port of Fujairah.
o Over all supervision of Fuel, Get Oil and Gas oil Tank construction management including Aluminium Dome roof installation.
Commissioning Phase:-
o During the commissioning phase and worked as commissioning manager. The job involves preparation of commissioning manuals, procedure, Work packs, system and sub system identification. Identifying and implementing Commissioning strategies and fixing priority for sub system and system for smooth flow of commissioning for pump manifold, Electrical and instrumentation system, EMS and ERP system, and DCS system.
o Construction, Pre commissioning and commissioning dossier preparation, handing over the terminal to client and winding up of project site office.
