 Professional Expertise in Early Production facilities, Gas and Oil process plant, Skid mounted Process packages, Pressure Vessels, Process Piping, Upstream & Well testing Packages, Fiscal Metering skids, Chemical Injection skids, Chilled water systems, Green Hydrogen Package etc.,
 Completed several Medium & Small-scale projects within required Project targets & with entire lifecycle activities i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation & troubleshooting.
 Manages the External and the Internal stakeholders on a project. This also includes project controls, procurement, and third-party contractors or suppliers from Inception through Completion.
 Consolidates engineering budgets based on discipline departments budgets and controls it during the project. Alerts the Project Management in case of variation and suggests if needed mitigation measures
 Technical Integrity - take responsibility for the technical integrity of the team, addressing working methods, tools, quality assurance, peer reviews, communication with team members on other projects.
 In-depth knowledge of International Codes & Standards like ASME, API, PD 5500, WRC-107/297, PED/CE, NACE, UBC, PIP, Shell DEP, ADCO / ADNOC, ENI, SAES, TOTAL GS, QP and other established standards.
 Seamless coordination between the diverse components of the Project by Quality Planning, Execution and Change Control to achieve required Target with Defined Time, Cost and Quality.
 Participate / Conduct / Review Design review, Model Review, HAZOP / HAZID, Risk assessment, Method Statement, Construction review and 3D Model close out review.

ENGINEERING
 Shape the P&ID / PFD with reference to Client and Operational requirements
 Analyzing and distributing the engineering works to each discipline engineers (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation etc.) according to SOW
 Engineering and Detailing of Package equipments including Chemical Injection packages, Fuel Gas skid, Producer Water treatment package, Well Testing Package, EPF (Early Production Facilities) packages.
 Carry out engineering design for Pressure Vessels, Process Piping and Tanks in compliance with ASME and API Standards
 Coordinate with Vendors for the selection of Metering Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Manual and Control valves, Instruments
 Produce Drawings, Design Calculations, TDC, Valve & Instrument Datasheets, Method Statements, SPIR list, Operational Philosophy and other engineering deliverables
 PED 97/23/EC Document Preparation to obtain CE Marking - Hazard Analysis, ESR, PMA etc.
 Manage Junior engineers and Designers to perform their activities include 3D modeling, Detailed Drawings, As-Built drawings
 Heading up raising purchase requisition and prepare technical bid evaluation (TBE) to ensure that all materials are procured for the project is fully complied with owner requirement, specification, accurately and comprehensively
 Responsible for close out of all documents as per SDRL/VDRL
Project Management
 Evaluating Client Contract, Project awarded scope, Design and Client specifications.
 Prepare project schedule based on project delivery
 Prepare ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) as per project requirement
 Conduct Kick of meetings with Client and internal team
 Review engineering drawings and BOM as per project requirement.
 Review Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project budget in accordance to the project scope
 Expedite procurement to meet project delivery
 Expedite project document approvals from Client to achieve target delivery.
 Control project budget by selecting correct Vendors and negotiate prices and delivery with Vendors.
 Execute risk assessment and take precautionary measures in advance
 Review and update project schedule in timely manner
 Effective communication with Client and Team of project scope.
 Responsible to keep all project related communications and drawings safe within the team.
 Prepare weekly project reports to Client.
 Update lesson learnt register on time.
 Prepare change orders to Client based on project requirements
 Find root cause of any project issues and resolve them effectively with corrective actions.
 Close out the project effectively with Final report.
