Prioritize and maximize leasing of owners and/or partner’s properties
- Take ownership of the leased properties and provide appropriate after sales service
- Maintain and develop a proper client database
- Briefing all sales & marketing staff on the new properties brought in for marketing
- Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines
- Develop ideas and promote cross-selling of products of other companies within Regency Group
- Respond to and follow up every sales inquiry within the same day
- Provide quality service to existing and new customers in liaison with back office staff
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties. And aid business and organizational development.
- Plan and schedule daily meetings with potential clients
- Responsible for entering into marketing contracts with landlords of outside properties
- Responsible for collecting marketing commission from landlords
- Should have knowledge of all the existing and new vacant properties (internal/outside properties) and liaise with accounts and data entry department frequently to review such reports
- Assisting landlords in renewing lease contracts, follow-up with tenants and even for maintenance of outside properties
Responsible for cash register; responsible for payroll of employees; daily communication with clients; daily transactions and accounting books
