DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that all latest approved revision drawings, material submittals, Method statements, program of works and other necessary documents are readily available for smooth andtimely execution of work.
Arrange day to day manpower and materials as per project requirement.
Monitor the day to day site works according to project scheduleProvide instruction to workers and foremen.
Ensuring that works is executed in accordance with the approved HSE Plan, Project Quality Plan, Contract, Shop drawings, Specifications and specific method of statements, Preparation of revised BOQ and variation orders base on job orders and request for inspection.
Preparation of manpower, equipment and construction materials requirements on site based from the project specification and contract drawings,
Performing marking for the excavation area as per IFC drawing and company exaction procedure,
Ensure compacted area are the proper moisture content and verify by the surveyor including setting out dimension, location, level and elevation,
Checking formwork, rebar, footing, pedestal, concrete inspection and sampling. DFT, Layer wise backfilling etc,
Raising RFI as per ITPs and conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete. pouringRecommended alternative course of action at the field for any deviation in the approved plans with proper coordination with client representative,
Coordination with technical office for any change in drawing or any revision and QA/QC departmentMaking daily report and reporting to contraction leader.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Getting approved drawing & Specifications of materials from the Authorities.
Performing marking of Layout & foundation details as per the drawing.
Arrange day to day manpower and materials as per project requirement.
Monitor the day to day site worksProvide instruction to workers and trade person.
Preparation of Quantity Of MaterialsPreparation of manpower, equipment and construction materials requirements on site based from the drawings, Setting out dimension, location, level and elevation, Checking formwork, rebar, footing, pedestal, concrete inspection and sampling.
Recommended alternative course of action at the field for any deviation in the approved plans with proper coordination with Authorities.
Making daily report and reporting to contraction leader.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Execute the plan in site as per drawings
Inspection for the construction, and quality checking and reporting qc team.
Preparation of schedule for various activities like repairing structure repairing and excavation targets.
Preparing monthly targets.Coordination with clients and subcontractors.
Getting work done from the subcontractors in time following all safety aspects maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of test inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labor, day works, provisional quantities, etc.
To inspect and take over completed works.
