• Updating the Proposals to Manager on a regular basis about progress and areas of difficulty.
• Ensure that the proposal document is compliant with ITT/RFQ requirements and/or identifies alternatives as appropriate.
• Arrange management review meetings and ensure that all agreed actions are incorporated into the final proposal document.
• Coordinating all pre-award correspondence with the client.

• Evaluate the technical bids received from subcontractors to ascertain compliance to the specified requirements and provide clarifications to subcontractors for the same.
• Participate in commercial negotiations with the Contractors.
• Reviews contractual documents and modifications to determine scope of work and scope of changes.
• Develops forms, formats, and procedures to improve the quality of work produced in the Department.

•• Review and prepare tender documents to ensure all systems are included. Interpret, identify and raise queries of any difference in all documents includes specification and drawing.
• Prepare bill of quantity in drawings or consolidates BOQ’s as per drawings and make sure all material and equipment as per specification and tender requirement.
• Prepare specification documents and BOQ’s and sourcing relevant quotations to supplier, manufacturers and sub-contractor as per the specified manufacturers/ suppliers approved.
• Reports to Manager: For engineering, review system design, specification, installations, materials, equipment and costing.
• Provide cost comparison to all quotations for evaluation.
• Preparing and pricing mechanical tender bid cost and mark up sheet.
• Coordinate with Electrical, civil, Building Management System and other related system.

• Validates all quotations of award project considered in tender stage as per vendor list and makes.
• Coordinate and negotiation with Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors to achieve the best price for estimation and procurement stage.
