Presently working with Qatar Design Consortium as Senior Project Manager handling multiple projects and the Responsibilities are,
• Managing multiple projects including Factory Buildings, Warehouses, Staff Accommodation Building, Convenience Store and Residential Villas.
• Manages the complete Supervision team which includes Project Coordinators, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Safety Engineers, Non Technical Staff and the contractor’s execution team in completing the works, while maintaining the required HSE and Quality standards.
• Ensures smooth progress of construction works through proper monitoring and control of the project execution as per the contract requirements, applicable specifications and standards.
• Fostering continuous inter-discipline coordination to ensure the smooth completion of all activities with minimum interruptions & reworks.
• Constantly identify bottlenecks for progress on construction and initiate proactive measures to resolve the same.
• Initiating and organizing the Kick-off Meetings, Progress Review and Technical Meetings from start of the project till the official handover.
Responsible for Management of all aspects of the project from Project Initiation to final handover after the maintenance period
Completed Projects include 3 new boutique hotels, 1 refurbished hotel, 2 studios 1 camel clinic and presently handling a resort development project, which is in concept design stage.

It is a US$ 18 Billion water front development over a 8.50 Km stretch along the coast over reclaimed land near the Abu Dhabi International air port. A mixed use development with commercial, office & residential spaces and leisure facilities designed to accommodate 120, 000 residents when complete. The development is comprised of high rise towers, villas, hotels, exclusive LRT and 8 interchanges connecting the Abu Dhabi - Dubai express way.
Reporting to the Deputy Project Leader. Responsible for pre construction works like preparation of Technical documents for Sub contractor procurement, Project Plans, Method Statements & Risk Assessments, Task Sheets, Inspection & Test plans and technical submittals.
Project 2 : Old Town Commercial Island - Burg Dubai.
It’s a mixed use development comprising of a Five Star Hotel, Retail spaces, Office spaces and 425 Apartments.

Responsibilities :
Responsible for the execution of all internal & external finishes of 60 luxury apartments including block work, plastering, joinery, tiling and painting etc by leading a team of Engineers and Foremen, coordination with Sub Contractors and Consultants, forecasting and arranging the resource requirements as per the program and ensuring that the works are executed as per the drawings, specifications, project quality plan and following the required safety procedures. Responsibilities also include preparation of six week look ahead programs and monitoring the progress with respect to the program. Reporting to the Construction Manager.

Responsibilities :
As section in charge of the project leading a team of Engineers and Foremen in execution of the structure work including the Diaphragm wall construction, Dewatering, Excavation and Structural RCC works. Responsible for coordination with Sub Contractors and Consultants, forecasting and arranging the resource requirements as per the program and ensuring that the works are executed as per the drawings, specifications, project quality plan and following the required safety procedures. Responsibilities also include preparation of 2 week look ahead programs, monitoring the progress with respect to the program, risks assessment and management and notifying the line manager of the possible delays and threats in advance to take appropriate remedial and corrective actions. Reporting to the Construction Manager.
