Job Responsibilities: * Liaise with HR Dept for all Corporate Travel arrangements.
* Manage Business trips for the associates.
* Pre & Post flight checks (queues) /Seat/meal request/frequent flyer program
* Handling all international flight tickets.
* Arranging hotel accommodation, Travel insurance & customized tour packages.
* Coordinating with fellow colleagues as well as assisting the corporate clients in planning, preparing and rendering best possible services in the areas of travel & other related services.
* Ensuring accurate fare quotes and reporting any discrepancies with the respective GDS/Airlines follow fares and taxes
* Ensuring all documents Cash/Tickets re-issued/other coupons are reported timely
* Liaise with accounts department regarding refund
