JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Mainly Focussing on Manpower Planning, Staff Recruitment / Selection and induction/Staff Payroll
Processing which includes Saudi nationality and coordinating admin activites .
Arranging and conducting interview with Agency mainly - Philiphines, Nepal, India, Srilanka, Pakistan and
continuous follow up( Walking Interview / Skype ).
Coordinating with PRO for all the statutory works ie New visa apply, Ewakala, Contract letter, etc.
Conducting meeting with site HR team & ensuring Smooth HR operations .
Ensuring SAP Payroll and staff information Updations - New joinees, vacation, Separation and
Transfer, resignation, rejoin from the vacation and salary changes etc.
All site Payroll coordinations ( Timesheet Preparation/Preparing Draft payroll and confirmation
/Updating loan, advance and any changes salary )which includes Contract staff also ( 2 contract role )/
Saudi Staff and ensuring salary will be credited on with in the time limt.
Bank salary calculation and Uploading in WPS Format .
Preaparing Staff Annual Leave Calender & Processing annual leave benefits, Exit staff Full and Final
Settlement.
Finance department coordination with all aspect of HR and admin activites
Staff Performance Appraisal and promotion - As per the KRA Parameetes .
Preparing Training calendar based on sections as per retail Store Operation standard and ensuring be
Group trainer.
Ensuring following day to day HR activities by team mainly,
Arraning and updating staff Joining foramalities as per format ( Mainly New Joinee details,
Rejoin, Vacation, Letters etc ).
Daily Attendence calculation and timesheet preparation.
Handling Uniform /Id cards and ensuring all staff to be present of duty with prescribed uniforms.
Manage Absenteeism.
Disciplinary Measures.
Leave Management/maintain Registers, SOP Check Lists .
Handling Misbehavior / Theft case
Handling Staff Transfer / new joinees/rejoinees /resignations .
Monitoring all Staff duty Roaster.
Maintaing Statutory Process & Documentation
Monitoring & maintain Admin activities, Manage Staff Accommodation, Transportation etc.
Staff Welfare Activities ( Monthly Meeting/Engagement activities/Rewards and recognitions/Birth Day
Celebrations etc )

Coordinate with all units for daily staff attendance & to reach the HR office by cut of date of every month and
prepare the monthly attendance statement and forwarded to HOD and Salary processing, F&F Calculations.
Monitoring the Transport, Drivers attendance & OT calculations.
Ensure that the staff welfare activity is carried out as per the plan like Sports.
Monitoring the Star of the month Awards, Birthday Celebrations.
Ensuring adherence with department HR budgets and handling the Petty cash amounts

Exit Interview: Ensure every employee who leaves completes the exit interview process.
Preparation of monthly MIS & HR Review Report. Ensure report reaches ZO within the first week of every month.
Handling Employee Grievances and Employee Counseling.
