Assist workshop manager in controlling workshop production to ensure monthly targets are achieved.
Ensure smooth operation of the workshop by arranging all required materials, equipment & manpower.
Sourcing workshop consumables from different sources.
Ensuring customer requirements are communicated to shop floor.
Ensuring all workshops wastes are timely disposed off.
Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of completed jobs.
Allocation and control of workshop consumables to ensure on time availability to complete ongoing jobs.
Issuance of job packs / quality control documents to shop floor.
Finance data entries and Monthly reports preparations
Production data entries and preparing monthly sales, production reports etc
Booking and Delivery Data Entries
Data Entry Operation, Computer Console Operation & IBM Punch Card Operations
