Present Job Responsibilities:
Witnessing detailed survey and determine site conditions to analyse the foundation overlap of existing.
structures or existing rocks.
Coordination with contractor for an alternate plan for foundation if there is a fouling with the underground services /existing foundation/heavy rocks etc.
Follow-up contractor for soil investigation study and topographical survey before commencing the works (soil and subsoil conditions, water table & other conditions affecting the site).
Witnessing site survey and inspection of site layout.
Monitoring Proper safety arrangement in site due to the construction activity inspection in an active industrial site.
Inspection of Trials pits at regular intervals to identify the presence of any subsurface utilities, civil structures, pipelines etc. And ensure that contractor to do protection prior to start works.
Review of shop drawings, Method statements, ITP, PQP etc
Witnessing Trail mix in plant, Factory visit for material inspection and material testing prior to delivery, Laboratory test witness at lab etc.
Inspection of non-working piles static load test as per design requirement.
Inspection of various diameter of Structural Piles and Soldier piles activities like setting out, Casing, boring, rebar installation, concreting, casing removal.

Coordinate with the Contractor Surveyors to check the line and grade of completed work for conformance with the plans and specifications & assisting in establishing the survey control points required for the projects.
Reporting to the ARE any failure of the Contractor to conform to plans, specifications, workmanship, and HS&E requirements.
Processing the inspection requests to check work forms and maintain records of their status.
Maintaining records of completed works for interim and final payment and as-build plans and for the works performed by the Contractor on a day works basis.
Make special notes and document the Contractor’s activities that may lead to claims. Be fair and firm in dealings with the Contractor. Consider alternatives and consequences carefully before making decisions.
Notifying the ARE of practical solutions that complies with the specifications without affecting the works program or integrity.
Report and document any incidents or accident that may occur on site and immediately notify to ARE.
