maintain the critical path for commissioning milestones.
• Manage the mobilization and technical coordination of specialized OEM Vendors, ensuring their activities are
integrated seamlessly into the overall commissioning timeline.
• Lead the multidisciplinary closure of punch list items to facilitate seamless Mechanical Completion (MCC) and
final asset acceptance, ensuring zero outstanding safety-critical defects at the point of handover.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols and Permit to Work (PTW) systems during commissioning activities,
ensuring 100% safety compliance across multidisciplinary site teams.
• Compile and finalize comprehensive MCC, Commissioning dossiers, and quality documentation, ensuring
smooth client walkthroughs and successful project handover.

• Lead and supervise the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities of Central Energy
Plant, including large-capacity chiller plants, boilers, and glycol chillers.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical HVAC and electrical systems serving hospital
facilities, maintaining performance within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee the performance testing and efficiency monitoring of chillers, pumps, cooling
towers, heat exchangers, and related electrical/control systems.
• Coordinated energy audits for the Central Energy Plant, contributing to ISO 50001
Certifications.
• Leveraged my automation knowledge to upgrade the existing chiller management system.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of HVAC technicians, electrical technicians, and facility
engineers, ensuring round-the-clock plant operation.
• Conducted annual shutdown testing for Medium Voltage switchgear panels, 6.6 KV chiller
starter panels, Vacuum circuits breakers, Air circuit breakers, MCCB, LV Panels,
MCC/VFD starter panels, Capacitor banks, PLC, SCADA panels, etc.

Project 1:
• Coordinate, plan, and execute electrical and HVAC works related to the extension the
control in a ensuring strict compliance
with Qatar Energy standards and HSE requirements.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams including civil, instrumentation, and process
engineers to ensure smooth integration of electrical and HVAC systems into the extended
building structure.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per project specifications, method
statements, and approved shop drawings.

• Design, Supply, Testing and Commissioning of Allen Bradley PLC based automation control
panels and Field Instruments for the HVAC system.
• Prepare control logic, IO list, graphic screens, P&ID reviews, Cause and effect, and sequence of
operations specific to offshore HVAC systems including pressurization, ventilation, and cooling
for technical rooms.
• Supervise panel fabrication, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), installation, and SAT (Site
Acceptance Test) on offshore facilities, ensuring system readiness and integration with existing
platforms.
• Ensure all automation systems comply with Qatar Energy offshore standards, IEC, and ATEX
requirements for hazardous areas.
• Prepare technical documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training
materials for end users.
