• Assist with all Authority submissions (RTA, DM,
DEWA-ED, DEWA-WD, Etisalat, Du, Dusup etc.)
• Manage day-to-day functions of project site
office
• Coordinate and distribute all incoming and
outgoing correspondence
• Draft letters, reports, presentations, minutes of
meetings, and memos
• Coordinate with staff to finalize various
documents in a timely manner
• Ensure that mandatory documents are submitted
to various authorities on time
• Maintain project master document register for all
documents
• Monitor and follow-up on documents to meet
deadlines
Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
❖ help customers in person and telephonically.
❖ deal with customer inquiries and complaints.
❖ Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
❖ Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue.
