Electromax (formerly Rayan Investment) one of leading multi Trading company in Angola. Trading food and non-food product. Has owned 30 large warehouses in around the country with Centralized Inventory and Account database system.

•Responsibilities:

•Establishment of a New IT Department with 150 Windows XP Pro Workstation and Windows 2003 Enterprises Server. Year 2009 successfully upgraded Vista and migrated Windows 2008 Server from 2003. Year 2011 Added new server and successfully Migrated Windows Server 2008 R2 from Windows Server 2008
•Implementation of Sage Pastel ERP System running on SQL 2000 (year 2008 upgraded SQL 2005, year 2010 upgraded SQL Server 2008) database. Linking of the same with the entire warehouse by remote connectivity and maintenance of SQL 2005 and 2008 database.
•Successfully installed and implemented new PRIMAVERA ERP System for Centralized Point of Sale and Inventory management.
•Installed and Implemented VMware for Hardware and Software Virtualization (Server and Workstation) in considerable reduction in IT costs (New Server and OS and Additional Software License).
•Installation and Maintaining SQL Server Database. Creating user and providing / controlling their accessibility rights at SQL Enterprises Manager and SQL Server Management Studio.
•Provided Various MIS reports to Management using with Crystal Report 8 and XI.
•Implemented Terminal Server (Remote Desktop) and VPN
Server for 30 warehouses in and around Luanda City connect to Head Office and access ERP application and Database. Installed Network using Dell Switch, Linksys and Cisco Router.
