Involving in project Kick-Off meeting for contract reviews, risk analysis, estimation & quotation of the project during the bidding stage of a project.
Preparing the project schedules & Execution plan using project management software like MS-Project, Merlin.
Assisting the project planning for various elements of the project and prepare the schedule for those all elements
Review the project Scope, technical Specifications for the project control
Direct and supervise works of the workers/subcontractors and Solving of technical issues etc
Preparation of RFI & Queries related to the project for missing project information and maintaining the track of those information and clarify them with engineering contractors & consultants
Preparing the Material Conversion when the steel is substituted with GB Grade steel
Responsible for the Detailing Management like Scheduling, Vendor approval, making contracts with the Detailing Vendors, Drawing quality checking etc.
Planning the production with the workshop manager based on the fabrication & erection priority of the projects
Designed a proto type machine to hold the irregular shaped members for welding
Monitoring the progress of the Project at various stages of work in all the process like Engineering, Procurement, Design, Fabrication etc.
Providing Technical support to the procurement & logistics of the steel
Providing Bill of Materials for procurement & Shipping list for Delivery
Maintaining the In and Outs of the Fabrication yard, Delivery Yard and the Stock yard regarding the project.
Maintaining all documents pertaining to the project like client mails, Design revisions, project standards, RFIs, DDRs, Change orders, delivery reports etc.
Continuous interaction with all departments of the factory through every day meetings
Updating the customer regarding the project updates, RFIs, Revisions, Change orders, Project progress etc.
Supervise of project sites at periodic intervals. Liaise with clients with regards to all site matters and attend site meetings regarding progress at project sites. Assist the discipline Manager to accomplish the installation, safety procedures, logistics, QC etc.
Working closely with the QC personnel to ensure compliance with all safety and quality procedures and standards.
