anyone else involved in the project.
Monitor and interpret technical designs and drawings, ensuring they are applied correctly.
Set out, level and survey the site. Manage the site on a day-to-day basis.
Make sure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and deadlines.
Provide technical advice and solve any on-site problems that occur.
Prepare and create site reports, as well as complete any necessary paperwork.
Frequently meet with the client to update them on the progress of the project.
Ensure that health and safety policies are obeyed.
Materials quantity calculation and ordering with suppliers
Checking subcontractors bills and confirming with accounts for payment release.
Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
Preparing manpower and materials requirements for day to day site works
