 Review all aspects of the RFP documents.
 Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages.
 Identify, prepare scope and obtain price for various sub contract activities like specialist designs, NDT, Third party inspection, Heavy Lift /Transportation etc.
 Preparation/Compilation of material take- off based on drawings, data-sheets, P&ID, basic design, standards etc.
 Estimate of resources like man-hours, equipment, tools, consumables etc.
 Cost estimation of project compiling the cost of Materials, Manpower, Equipment, Subcontracts, and Overheads etc.
 Develop a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modify templates used in Excel to build pricing
 Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle.
 Liaise with procurement department for the material/equipment/sub contract prices.
 Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal detailing scope of work, highlighting deviations, exclusions, clarifications etc. and compiling all the technical and commercial documents required with the bid.
 Gather all information for the project team for the development of Proposal bid package.
 Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, etc. to provide input in a timely fashion to ensure the bids are completed and delivered to the Client on time
 Support quantity checks at a summary level for other aspects of the estimate
 Cost comparison of Subcontract works & Outsourced Materials.
 Undertaking Cost analysis for Project Works.
 Cross Functional Team Meetings for Projects during Estimation.
