Duties:
Handling clients business and acting as the face of the business virtually.

Handling the projects given to the operations team and getting it done on set deadline. Interacting with clients regarding new projects and get the requirement. Assign the projects to designing and development team and get the work done. Ensuring that team members are motivated monitored and measured in line with company standards.
Responsible for making sure that any gaps in quality of works are quickly identified and addressed immediately.
Duties:
Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work.
Handling client enquiries and acting as the face of the business.
Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
Working with the Operations and marketing team to provide the best service.
Arranging weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
Praise team members and creates a positive working environment.
Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly.
Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
Developing people to manage & handle clients individually. Ensuring that team members are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets and performance standards.
