In final inspection activities for all finished component and report generated as per customer requirements. Monthly Rejection &Rework data preparation as per daily data basis. Attain& receive customer complaint & find out root cause &closing SCAR. Maintain Calibration record for all equipment, instruments, and gauges.
Role & Responsibilities
* In coming inspection activities for raw material & subcontract materials,
* In process inspection activities for all process.
* In final inspection activities for all finished component and report generated as per
customer requirements.
* Monthly Rejection & Rework data preparation as per daily data basis.
* Analysis the major rejection & rework data and raise the internal CAPA.
* Find out NC & display quality alert.
* Maintain quality management system throughout Organization.
* Atain & receive customer complaint & find out root cause & closing SCAR.
* Result verification & continues monitoring on preventive action related to
CAPA&SCAR.
* In all components process are defined as process flow chart preparation.
* In preparation of PFMEA for all components
* As set the control plane for all components,
* In preparation of PPAP for all components.
* Maintain Calibration record for all equipment, instruments, and gauges.
* Drawing study & prepare internal QAP.
Project:
Implementation of zero quality complaints at customer end.
Creating master data sheet for the part qualification process.
Proper training given to operators to avoid rejection & quality improvements.
Creating inspection standard for all components.
