On secondment to Regional Office based in Nairobi as Joint Service Unit Manager (JSU).
JSU compromise of Finance unit, HR unit, Logistics unit and Administration unit these units provide support to Kenya Country program, Somalia Country program and Regional Office as well support other Country programs in the East and Central Africa Region.
As head of the unit I have to see that efficient and effective services were provided and get satisfaction of all customers which is a very challenging duty.
Line Manage three out of the four support units (HRA, Logs and IT)
