Unit, Amine Recovery Unit, Sour Water Stripper Unit, Steam Generation, Waste Water Treatment Unit with Zero Liquid Discharge and other utilities in Project Management Team (PMT), provided expertise
services in reviewing, modifying and approving Process Engineering deliverables from
EPC Consultant and injecting Operational inputs and Project Standards into the design.
Participated in all major Engineering reviews such as P&ID & PFD Reviews, HAZOP &
SIL Studies, 3D Model Reviews, Alarm Objective Analysis (AOA), etc. Participating in
Integration, Feasibility and FEED studies for subsequent Refinery upgradation projects.
Currently Participating in walkdowns for Mechanical Completion and Support Operations
for Pre commissioning and Commissioning and Startup activities.
Developed Performance Monitoring Sheets and Key Performance Indicator for Process
Unit.
Reviewed Operating Manuel and Standard Operating Procedures for process units.
Data Collection Coordinator for Solomon Q1D1 Study for the new Refinery.
Responsible for identifying and developing strategies for various intermediate and downstream projects for the company
Liaising with Feedstock suppliers -ARAMCO, SAMREF, SASREF for contracting Feedstock for Farabi’s growth projects.
Liaising with Technology Providers for identifying the Process for Farabi growth Projects.
Involved in preparation and submission of high-level feasibility assessments to Aramco, Royal Commission Yanbu & Government agencies related to Jubail, Yanbu.

● Shift Engineer for, Sulphur Recovery Unit, Sour water stripping unit, Amine regeneration unit, Utilities and off sites.
● Worked as a process engineer for CDU / VDU, Kero, Diesel, and Lube Hydro treating Units.
● Involved in monitoring, analyzing, trouble shooting of day-to-day plant operations, carrying out test run, report generation.
● Monitoring performance, quality and improving yield of products.
● Simulation / Modelling of Crude atmospheric unit using Aspen HYSYS for optimizing yield of products.
● Generated process modifications in refinery with line sizing / flow element design / Safety valve design.
● HAZOP study analysis for various process modifications in refineries and initiating Management of Change.
● Technical evaluation and performance monitoring of catalysts in Hydro treating units.
● Prepare catalyst Loading & Sulfiding Report for the new charge of the catalyst in Hydro treating reactors.
● De-bottlenecking of Sulphur recovery unit by oxygen enrichment.
● Hands on experience in DCS operation (YOKOGAWA system).
● Performed Process design to develop preliminary Process flow diagrams and provided performance estimates for client requested studies and /or Budgetary proposals.
● Prepared the process portion of the proposal write-up (Special features, Process description, Design Basis, Recoveries & Utilities, and Guarantees).
● Actively Participated in the P& ID review meetings and HAZOP Studies of the New Project with the Technology Supplier, The LINDE AG, Germany.
● Assisting Purchase department in discussion of technical details with the vendors.
● Represented Commissioning team of 1800 TPD Oxygen plant for JSW and Other Nitrogen plants at HPCL(Mumbai), IOCL(Haldia), BORL (Bina).
