Duties;
• overseeing agreements made with suppliers, customers, partners and employees.
• Responsible for preparing, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies, or products.
• Monitoring and control the financial management of the contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained and the Companys procedures and objectives are achieved.
• ensure expectations are set realistically and milestones achieved, using effective communication and project management skills.
• Regularly travelling to regional sites, meeting area managers and getting feedback.
• Responsible for overseeing all insurance programs and policies and mitigates risk by identifying liability exposure.
