Handling daily queries of the Customer Service team regarding the incoming Order Requests through Order Management System
Coordinate the logistics of spares and other services from supplier to vessels on a daily basis for OPEX and CAPEX purchases through Oracle P2P suite

Preparation and dispatch of Quality Improvement Action Plan (QIAP) and conduct follow-up meetings
Promote Quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Affiliate Organization
Coordinate the implementation of QMS, ISO 9001 in Affiliate organizations
Analyze and report the performance of the QMS though key performance indicators measurement and follow-up on expected outcomes
