Ensure proper marketing of the product with continuous interaction with the customer and agent and maintain customer relations.
Work extensively on SAP to track orders shipments, stock, production process, sales & distribution, billing etc.
Generate sales reports through SAP and inventory control.
Coordinate with Product Development team to get specifications of the products and delegate work to the design department to meet the customer requirements.
Ensure that the team meets the sales targets & manage the processing of sales orders.
Handling part of supply chain as well, shipping & logistics.
Ensure constant update on market analysis report and prioritize the orders.
Primary point of contact for all related countries’ sales operations.
Follow-up with planning, production, packaging and shipping to ensure on-time delivery of the order.
