 Responsible for overall Operations across the territory of OMAN. ( 20 points of sales, 44 Retail staffs).
 Primary responsibility being Business Development by expanding in existing malls, new malls, associations, Tie ups etc.
 Responsible for multiple concept and multiple brand boutiques in the major shopping centres of Oman.
 Improving Institution/Corporate business in the country, thereby adding value to the top line and bottom line.
 Formulating sales analysis reports on a weekly and monthly basis as well as working with senior management to identify new business opportunities.
 Evaluating periodically, the brand mix of individual outlets to optimize business.
 Total responsibility of the retail staff quality, their grooming, discipline ETC.
 Understanding and executing PRO related work with regards to Employment Visas, Trade licences, renewals.
 Recruiting quality staffs & training them, motivating employees by conducting annual appraisals as per guidelines suggested by the Human Resource Department.
 Ensuring payroll data and PASI processing is done well before deadlines.
 Overseeing Channel sales, stock movements, payments from channel partners.
 Conducting regular stock audits at POS, monitoring stock and cash.
 Interfacing with Brand team at HO. to ensure brand wise stock availability.
 Monitoring after sales service and ensuring that the clients remain loyal to the company.

KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER at SONY INDIA

 Was responsible for Business development of SONY products from multiple stores of one large format electronics retailer in the territory of Mumbai, VIJAY SALES.
 Business Development by meeting with individual store managers and understanding their requirements.

 Monitoring daily sales and stock levels and then feed the key partner with the data to assist in order generation.
