Ensure that all the dinning areas, tables, chairs, bellmarrys hot and cold are clean as per the company standard
Ensure all the chillers are filled with beverages.
Make a note of the chiller temperatures.
Make sure that all the hot food line and cold salad lines are ready before service time .
Checking the temperature of the hot and cold food and make sure that they are well ready to serve.
Taking care that all the staffs are well dressed, shaved properly wearing hair net or cap before entering dfac .
Make schedule of the staff, their duty roaster, their day offs, and their over time schedule if needed,
Greeting customers, listening to their problems if any and trying to solve them if possible,
Making calorie cards as per menu, and displaying it in front of the customers, so that the customers know exactly what they are having and is it good for them or no.
