In 2019 NCC opened its subsidiary in Dubai - National Computer Corporation Middle East (NCC ME) - to promote NCC Group solutions in the Middle East.
Heading the Sales division of NCC Middle East in a Consultancy role, to manage the Sales and Business Development, and ensure that the Deliverables set by the Parent company are met within the agreed timelines.
Headed the Real Estate Investments unit of the Organization after taking over the REAL ESTATE portfolio in early 2013. Primary responsibilities includes (but not limited to) the below;
• Asset Management : Maximise value and returns from the AED 3 Billion worth Real Estate portfolio in line with the Organisational strategy, through an In-house Asset Management team comprising of Leasing Supervisors, Sales team, Property Management Officers & Facility Coordinators
• Property Management : Heading the Property management division in the Organization to manage 1, 500+ Ready properties across UAE - owned by the Organization as well as its Customers. Portfolio included Residential Apartments & villas, Office spaces, Retail/Commercial spaces, Warehouses, Hotel Apartments & Labor camps.
• Mortgage Financing - Spearheaded the development of a successful business strategy /plan by creating an Asset Management division, and converting them to a tangible revenue stream for the Organization.
• Active role as Body Corporate (OA) Board member in DIFC based Body Corporate. Implemented and leading the Operations committee of the Body Corporate. Launched several new initiatives for the BC, and led the implementation from beginning stages.
Prior to this role, I was assigned to manage the Direct Sales unit of the Organization, to revive the New Sales & Refinance Sales of the Organization.
Main Objective of the job was to Initiate, strengthen and maintain regional account relationships with the High Net Worth Individuals by providing Investment Solutions; namely, Deposits, Company & Personal Accounts, Mutual Funds, Bancassurance & other investment related products from major investment houses in the world, whom RAK Bank has partnered with.
Led a Team of Direct Sales Relationship officers with the objective to actively manage clients’ expectations, participate in strategic planning for client relationships and keeping the Clients informed of all changes in the Asset Performance.
Handled the beverages (Soft Drinks) business of the company in the two key markets; wherein I was responsible for :-
- Sales (Secondary & Primary), Market SHARE & Cooler Management, Product Distribution & Reach, Key Account Management, Sales Clubs & Rural Marketing, and other Sales related objectives in the territory.
- Handled the Product distribution through Seven Major Distributors, along with a team of 14 Pre-Sale representatives for a perfect Sales and Distribution (S & D) in the territory.
Primary job responsibility was Sales & Distribution (Primary & Secondary), Key Account Management and other Sales related objectives for the large range of products related to Infection prevention & vascular Access. Looked after the Primary Sales, Invoicing and other company objectives through the 9 distributors in this territory. Reporting to my Regional Sales Manager, I had two Sales Representatives reporting to me.

Started the career by working for the Sales team of Asia's largest Direct Sales Company, Eureka Forbes Ltd., Continuously placed among the top performers which enabled me to qualify for the coveted Silver Circle Club membership.
Awarded the prestigious Silver Circle Club membership for proficiency in sales, by the CEO of the company.
