interior designing course completed on 1997 & started working on the same year, from on wards i implement my carrier & gone to execution of projects. My creativity & the expectise doing so, my strength is my team i refer drawings any changes in the drawing informed to Architect / client. Making floor marking & start execute the work. Labour contract finalization, bill checking, execution of work, work shedule, mobilization of materials, attending meeting at sites & complete the work in time frame. My way of dealing with conflicts is to discuss, derive, convince & seetle the matter / issue to the satisfaction of all concerned for smooth progress of the work. While discussing the potential project execution with architect / client, i had to use my knowledge, experience & presentation skills to convince the potential customers, architects & superiors the Pros & Cons to execute the project economically & on time shedule with high standards.
