JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of the project schedule.
• Review the project plans and specification and comment on the design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
• Assist estimator in preparation of project budget
• Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.
• Expedite all shop drawings and approvals. Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings
• Inform the Client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant’s design drawings.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
• Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
• Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client including final holdback.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead, assign and supervise the activities involving graphic design.
• Manage projects, schedules, and resources.
• Creation of designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Consults with clients to discuss projects involving both print production and design.
• Ensure consistency in implementation of brand guidelines for in-house design.
• Work as a team with the production and management teams to check, verify and approve files received from clients.
• Manage the production output as per client briefs for offset, digital, large-format, vehicle branding and 3Dprinting using different materials, Exhibition Stands.
• Implement production policies and maintain set quality standards
• Liaise with clients to implement projection from start to finish including design, print production, delivery and installation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Deliver new creative and production ideas and concepts while ensuring that the same are thoroughly executed.
• Responsible for the creative, design and visual look of print ads, brochures, catalogs, direct mailers and corporate identity packages or other assignments, ensuring consistency with prevalent standards.
• Responsible for overseeing the artwork output from the studio and supervise the production process of the same to make sure that the end results are perfect.
• Liaise with the printers to clarify any production-related doubts and maintain quality control standards.
• Design, plan, manage, and direct studio and location photography that is high quality, effective, efficiently produced and consistent with the brand.
• Partner with and collaborate with photographers, direct and contribute to lighting, composition, styling, etc.
• In-depth experience of handling projects from inception to the final output.
