•Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization
•Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, etc.
•Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads and Manage costs to budget.
•Co-ordinate recruitment by building relationships with Universities to support the recruiting effort.
•Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date; create new JDs as and when necessary by coordination with department heads.
•Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant to develop new procedures such as Employee loans, Benefits and Compensation program etc….
•Review all staff salaries to be compatible with our salary structure; employee increment is within the budget and reasonable with their performance evaluation.
•Maintain a succession plan for all departments
•Providing Payroll and administration support to the personnel process to ensure efficient and timely results.
•Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
•Maintain employee files, HR filing system and assisting with employee relations.
•Member of the (Department Development Committee, Branches Committee, HR Committee).
1-Conducting salary surveys as required to monitor the market place and ensure a competitive compensation package
2-Maintain Personnel policies to support the Delegation in France and all Europe.
3-Recruiting within specific criteria, immigration laws and maintains company relations to support daily missions.
4-Provide payroll and bonuses to support both the delegation and the administration.
5-Responsible for employee orientation, development, training and logistics.
6-Maintain employee files, HR filing system and assisting with employee relations.
7-Managing and supervising the Public Relations department.
1-Responsible of all Personnel Manuals and Payroll along with Transport, Visas, Translators and Security.
2-insuring all protocol procedures are driven in a highly effective manner
