My role in this Organisation is to keep the work ethic alive. That is my Providing briefing, motivating my subordinates. Also taking up the responsibility of keeping the Brand image at the high note. that is by providing the needed amount of brand information, hygiene, menu knowledge, sequence of service and other necessary operational requirements. Most importantly, showing up a true leadership role.

My time in this organisation was to Build a strong base of team members. Taking up a new role is always a challenging one.
my role was to focus on the quality of product, motivating my staff and to check on the daily inventory.

It made a true Food and beverage professional. This is where I developed my Skills in Food and Beverage Operation.
