•Leading a team of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & Electrical Engineers in preparation shop drawings, Material submittals, Method statements.
•Liaise with Main Contractor for site works coordination.
•Manage Subcontractors for smooth progress of works.

Design:
•Concept design of water supply & drainage for missed out systems such as swimming pools, water features, shower and Grease trap.
•Concept design inside Pump room for Water features such as water supply, floor drain, sump pit, submersible pump etc
•Mock-up and concept design of MEP services inside POD bathrooms like Water supply, Waste & Soil drainage, Condensate drain, Toilet exhaust, Power supply, Lighting, Telephone etc
•Concept design of Connection of Waste & Soil Pipes to external Sewage Manholes.
•Concept design and rerouting of drainage lines from Electrical rooms as per DEWA norms
•Concept design of domestic water supply, chilled water supply and drainage for Kitchen & Cold Storage
•Coordinating with the vendor for Hot water generation system comprising of Solar Water system, Central Hot water storage Calorifiers and Gas Fire Boiler.
•Coordination with the authorized vendors for preparation of Firefighting drawings comprising of Fire hose reel, sprinkler, deluge foam, FM 200 fire suppression systems.
•Checking the SNG Pipe size to ensure it meets the future demand of the Kitchen at 10th Floor.
•Space planning of new rooms, Heat Load calculation through HAP and FCU selection.
•Heat Load calculation for Kitchen & Cold store equipments based on available chilled water flow rate.
•Relocating the Earthing & Lightning arrestor pits in basement to suit the site condition
•Relocating the Fans, resizing/rerouting of extract ducts in the basement Car Park to meet the clearance height specified by Civil defense.
•Coordinating with subcontractor for CO₂ sensor locations in Basement & Ground floor Car park area.
•Resizing of Extract air duct to accommodate the Drainage piping within the fixed shaft size
