Project : NFS Project - It is a large 50000 Kms Optical fibre Network Project. It is an ambitious project of Central Govt of India. In this Project whole Infrastructure being provided from scratch to ready to work. I have to coordinate not only within Company but also with Govt agencies like BSNL and end user (Indian Armed Forces) at various levels.
Role:
1.Provide a professional service with a central point of work flow in the form of processes, tools and techniques to provide the appropriate support to effectively strengthen and maintain a successful Programme and Project Management Office.
Working within a Cross functional and Dynamic environment
2.Handling Customer’s queries about Project as a SPOC
3.Responsible for Coordination between various departments and business partner organisations
Collect raw data of business and represent to Top management in processed form
4.Ensure Project Managers are consistent with the governance of the delivery of programme and projects
5.Assisting Business Head/Project Director in Forecast/Planning/Monitoring
6.Management and coordination of the Change Control process
7.Carry out regular audit reviews on project delivery, Progress and resource allotment
• Business process improvement - Identified Process boundaries and developed opportunities to automate processes and functions
• Analyze Process, Trends, Time Lines & Utilization
• Forecasting and planning - Drafting Monthly/Yearly forecasting

• Perform research to assist in development of Project Scope, define requirements and proposed changes

• Drafted a team plan for Engineering and Vendor Teams
• Monitored Vendor Management for Passive Infra for all Project in Delhi & NCR
• Coordinated with Infra Providers (GTL, WTTIL, Aircel, Indus, etc.) & Installation Vendors for the smooth roll out of 2G & 3G Project; certified bills of Infra Provider
