Working with Saudi Aramco Jubail Refinery Co. As Planning & Scheduling Engineer, Monitoring & Controling The Refinery & Non-Process Projects “Major & Minor”

Major Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed Schedules for Specific and Minor Projects based on the MOC and Contract Document by using Primavera P6.
• Cooperation with PMT to ensure the Contractor well-known whole aspects of the Scope of Work.
• Monitoring the projects from its Concept Design through FEED till Tendering and Construction.
• Updating and Monitoring the KPIs for the Department.
• Reviewing Contractor’ Invoices in terms of cost and scope Implementation.
• Studying the Extension of Time and Preparing a Revise Schedule in regards and to make sure that the Revised one is accurate and will lead to achieve the Contractual Obligations.

A project Control Engineer at Bechtel representing the client ( Royal Commission for Jubail ) Monitoring and controlling construction projects valued at more than 300 million SAR.

Major Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed Schedules, Cash Flows, Trend Forecast, Contract & Budget forecasts.
• Review and assess Extension of Time Request and Make recommendations with Time Impact Analysis.
• Review Revised-Baseline(Cash flow Graph, Manpower Tabulation, logic of the Executing Work sequence in the schedule, Dates of the milestone to be complied to the latest change, Types of relationship : retained, or Overlapping)
• Prepare higher and top management Weekly, Monthly reports.
• Ensuring the contractor schedule is lead to commit the contractual obligations.
