Leading multiple electrical projects in RCJ, including the Winder hills Festival, upgrading
and rehabilitating electrical generators and switchgear, as well as installation and
replacement of new panels.
Ensuring compliance with safety requirements by conducting through inspections and
strictly fallowing established standers.
Directing the maintenance, inspection and performance of prime and standby generators
across more than 80 RC facilities.
Conducting comprehensive reviews of technical submission (materials and packages).
Leading the team and developing reports to monitor progress, meet deadline, and track
project status.
Analyzing asset statuses and developing comprehensive reports to provide stakeholders
with valuable insights.
Managing and maintaining workshop section (fabrication, painting, carpeting…) including
workshop equipment.
Leading and emergency response team during critical situation by assigning tasks to team
members and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve the issues.
Coordinating with MV, LV and QA teams to meet project expectations and effectively
address encountered issues.
Managing and maintaining project heavy equipment.
Monitoring consumable materials of project in the warehouse and conducting inspections
of vendor-proposed materials.
Conducting initial acceptance and re-inspections of new projects, including testing,
commissioning, and verification of electrical equipment to ensure compliance and
functionality before projects handover.
Acting project monger, assume project management responsibilities during the project
managers absence (Vacation or off-site), ensuring continuity in operations and decision making.
