● Change & update all organization structure in HR system.
(Cost center, position level, department, location, job category, etc….).
● Managing off-boarding processes.
▪ Taking leave action
▪ Releasing GID account.
▪ Verify the departure clearance.
▪ Prepare an end of service & Indemnity based on Labor Law Regulations.
▪ Transfer final settlement`s payments to employee bank account.
● Managing payroll operations ( overtime, salary advance, housing advance, leave deduction, anniversary prizes, etc. ), run and post the payroll on monthly basis.
● Ensuring and maintaining the master data quality & accuracy in HR system. ( Employee personal data, salaries, CHCM, SCD, leaves and employees` status )
● Acting as a counter part of HR-BP for any payroll related issues.
Managing employees` certificates “ Experience, banks, invitations, anniversary etc.. “
● Manage, monitor and control employees’ leaves in SAP.
● Generating and analyze HR attendance reports via TRMS to HR Head.
● Responsible for archiving employees' files
● Handling exit re-entry/final visa for expatriate employees in Jeddah region.
● Managing medical insurance ( printing medical cards, prepare medical reports & raising
employees` complaints to the broker in order to solve it ).
● Prepare and control end of service Cheques and coordinate with accounting dept. to
transfer end of service amount.
