• To assume responsibility of Global Markets Corporate business in Bahrain i.e. marketing & delivery of Global Markets products, profitability, business growth, team management, external interface, communication with other business unit.
• To maintain a high standard of customer service in order to increase Bank’s market share vis a vis existing customers and enlarging the Corporate base.
• To actively market and quote in spot, Forward FX and derivatives to corporate clients and enhance the business turnover and profitability.
• Price and evaluate Interest rates, FX and commodities using the bank’s pricing system that suits the client’s requirements and exposure.
• To develop and price trade ideas that suits targeted clients in order to generate ready stream of revenues.
• To maintain professional and high quality service to enhance the reputation of the Bank.
• To keep abreast of latest trends in the foreign exchange markets and advise customers.
• To prepare and maintain a data base and all the MIS related to Corporate Sales activities.
• To project Bank’s image as a professional institution for its Global Markets services among Corporate clients which adds value directly to the overall Corporate relationships.
• To increase overall FX income out of Corporate exchange business and contribute to the growth of Global Markets results.
• To build new relations for Global Markets services among Corporate clients.
• Exercise of judgment relates to monitoring of currency and interest rate trends and advising customers on the market movements and methods to hedge heir exposures.
• Quick and precise decisions need to be made sharply while operating in the market based on fundamental economic data and technical charts.
• Up-to-date knowledge of movements in Foreign Exchange and interest rate markets.

• Recommending credit facilities after ensuring they adhere to the Bank’s credit policy guidelines..
• Identify new corporates in Bahrain and develop new business opportunities which need business criteria for a full commercial branch (including syndication opportunities, cross marketing of treasury products, project and corporate finance), in accordance with banks credit policy, compliance and operational directives and guidelines.
• Monitoring credit positions of key corporate entities.
• Overseeing the Loans administration and customer related documentation to ensure procedures are robust and developed to a high standard Prepare.
• Prepare full Credit Approval (CA) and analyzing the financials using Moody’s analyzing system.
• Presenting Credit proposals to credit committee for approval.
• Assisting in providing leadership, guidance and instruction to the Corporate officers in their Credit activities.
• Reviewing, Analyzing & Evaluating Financial Statements.
• Assessing the risk exposure of the clients and making recommendations.
• Conduct due diligence market research and financial analysis reports of corporates .
• Ensure smooth operation in my assigned responsibilities with emphasis on controlling limits, and obtaining the necessary approvals for any excesses.
• Examining, evaluating and process applications for personal & Commercial Credit facility through Interviews with applicant and examination of credit Rating.
