Meeting with Data Owners - Aligning Internal Customers, Additional Rating Questions
Coordinating with Multiple Internal Departments for Survey Design, Implementation &
Roll-Out
Organizing & Compiling the Survey Data.
Drafting Survey PPT Decks, Including Score Percentage, Open Box Feedback etc.
Updating Yearly Appraisal status of all Alghanim Industries employees and following up
with HRBPs.
Requesting & following up on New Employee Insurance requests.

Posting job vacancies and ensuring they reach a wide audience through all recruitment
outlets.
Screening active candidates and head hunting passive candidates ifnecessary. Receiving,
assessing applicant CVs to identify qualified candidates.
Responsible for the entire interviewing process:
Scheduling & interviewing candidates
Scheduling line manager interviews to assess candidates skills, experience
Compiling, managing, and preserving CVs ofscreened and interviewed candidates, and
maintaining a talent pool ofcandidate profiles for future opportunities.
Responsible for creating job offers, creating employment contracts.
Overseeing the onboarding and induction process for new hires
Responsible for the Kuwaitization quota in attracting a plethora ofqualified and talented
Kuwaiti candidates.
Increased female population by 3% ofthe total of400 employees.
Collaborated with the IT department in GTRC to create a CV referral application for
Kuwaiti Nationals.
Managed to exceed Kuwaitization target for the first time in GTRC.
Created and maintained a new employee feedback surveys to continuously improve the
recruitment and onboarding processes.
Created and maintained hiring manager satisfaction surveys for quality ofhires
Successfully implemented both a sales and marketing training program for employees in
collaboration with GUST.
Procuring missing job descriptions for both GTRC and ATA, as well as updating and
adjusting current existing job descriptions to have on file.
