Have been working with the methods and reliability department as a member of the
mechanical team (responsible of all static equipment) to bring the refinery to the highest level
of reliability and sustainability throughout the startup and reliability test period:
- Redesign and modify several equipments throughout the refinery to raise the efficiency,
integrity, and quality of the process and products.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when needed to make sure the fault will never be
repeated.
- Working cordially with the warehouse to provide the highest quality and compatibility for the
received spare parts.
- Presented several cases (in witch I worked on) to the CEO and top management.
- Active member in all team-building activities arranged by the company.

As part of Co-Op training, I was positioned in quality control to supervise some tests (tensile test,
charpy impact and several other tests) . I did a month in maintenance department and another
month in production as a part of training rotation.
